 Swami Vivekananda



    • In 1984, the Indian Government first declared to celebrate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda as National Youth Day. Since then the day has been celebrated as National Youth Day all over the country.
    • The day is celebrated to highlight the youths who are the future of our country and to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda who always motivated the youth of the country and spoke about the right use of the youth in the development of the country.
  • Theme 2022: It's all in the mind.
  • 25th National Youth Festival:
    • The Prime Minister inaugurated the 25th National Youth Festival which is a five-day festival.
    • The main purpose to celebrate the festival is to increase bonding between the diverse cultures of the country to strengthen the unity of the nation.
    • The festival is organized by National Service Scheme (NSS) and Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) under the aegis of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

India celebrates November 11 as National Education Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first Education Minister of the country.

On National Education Day, India remembers the contributions of Maulana Azad towards nation-building. A freedom fighter, scholar and educationist, Maulana Azad was a key architect of Independent India. He was responsible for setting up top education bodies like the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

CHILDREN'S DAY (14 NOVEMBER)



Children’s Day in India is also celebrated as a tribute to India’s First Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. He was also fondly known as ‘Chacha Nehru’ among children. Jawaharlal Nehru advocated for children to have a fulfilled education. Nehru considered children as the real strength of a nation and the foundation of society. The nation usually celebrates Children’s Day with educational and motivational programmes held across India for Children.

PUSTAKOPAHAR  IN KVBAGAFA 
SESSION-2021-2022

 पुस्तकोपहार केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन में एक त्योहार के रूप में मनाया जाता है। प्रत्येक वर्ष स्कूल के छात्र तथा छात्राएँ बढ़- चड्कर इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेते हैं। इस वर्ष भी छात्रों ने अपनी उपयोग की हुई पुस्तके अपने कनिष्ठ छात्रों को उपलव्ध कराई तथा स्वयं भी इसका लाभ उठाया। इस कोरोना महामारी में भी छात्र अन्य छात्रों की मदद करने मे पीछे नहीं रहे। प्रस्तुत है इस कार्यक्रम की कुछ झलकियाँ -
